Product Introduction:

Battery charge and discharge module with integrated voltmeter undervoltage and overvoltage protection timing charge and discharge with serial communication function.

Module Features:

  1. Battery charge and discharge intelligent controller

Variables:

Operating modes:

U-1: Voltage management: When the measured voltage is lower than the lower limit voltage the relay will engage. It will remain engaged until the upper limit voltage is reached. This function is normally used to engage a generator for battery changing applications triggered by low voltage conditions.

U-2: Timed charging: When the measured voltage is lower than the lower limit voltage, the relay will engage and then start a countdown (OP time). At end of the time delay, the relay will disengage or when the measured voltage is higher than the upper limit voltage the relay will disengage. This function is normally used for actuating battery bank switching apperatus.

U-3: High battery charge detection: When the measured voltage is higher than the upper limit voltage, the relay will engage. When the voltage is below the lower limit voltage, the relay will disengag. This is useful for automatically employing a dump load for over-voltage conditions.

U-4: High battery charge detection with time control: set the discharge time (OP); when the measured voltage is higher than the upper limit voltage, the relay pull, and then start the countdown OP time, the end of the timer, the relay off; when the measured voltage below the lower limit voltage , The relay is disconnected;

U-5: In-range voltage detection – : The relay will engage and remain engaged only when the measured voltage is between the upper and lower limits. As soon as the voltage is outside the set points, the relay will diesngage.

U-6: Outside of range voltage detection: The relay will engage and remain engaged only when the measured voltage is outside of the set voltage range. (Above the upper or below the lower set voltages).

How do I set parameters?

1. First, detemine what functions you require based on the above function list.

2. When the module is powered on, it will flash the current mode of operation (default U-1 mode) and then enter the main interface. Press the SET button for 2 seconds and then release to enter setup. Using the UP and DOWN buttons, select the mode to be set (U-1 ~ U-6).

3. After selecting the mode, press the SET button to set the corresponding parameter. The parameter to be set will flash (UL1 voltage upper limit, nL1 voltage lower limit, OP conduction time), press UP, DOWN Key to increase or decrease the value. Press the SET button to set the current mode of the next parameter, using the process above.

4. Set the parameters and then press the SET button for 2 seconds to store. The current setting mode will flash, and then return to the main interface.

5. In the main interface, press the DOWN key to achieve voltage and time switching.

Mode selection interface: Press the SET button for a long time to enter the mode selection interface, set the finished, a long time press the SET button and then release the exit mode selection interface, back to the main interface.

 

Additional features:

1. Data upload: through the serial port to achieve data upload, interval 1s upload a voltage and run time, easy to post-data analysis;

Relay enable mode:

Sleep mode:
